Role & Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for BDE (Business Development Executive) roles
• Handle bulk and urgent hiring requirements for UK and USA clients
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess communication skills
• Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining candidate quality
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates
• Build a strong pipeline of BDE candidates for ongoing requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
• Proven experience in BDE / Sales hiring
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Experience hiring for international process / overseas clients is a strong advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Kolkata candidate preferred
