- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing (social media, job boards), screening, interviewing (phone, video, in-person).
- Job Management: Writing and updating job descriptions, posting openings, preparing interview plans.
- Candidate Experience: Acting as the first point of contact, managing communication, providing feedback, offering support.
- Hiring Process: Shortlisting candidates for managers, conducting background checks, sending offers, facilitating onboarding.
- Strategy & Reporting: Collaborating with managers on future needs, monitoring recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, source of hire).
- Employer Branding: Representing the company, participating in job fairs, and building talent pipelines
