Job Description:

  • Identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans with hiring managers
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
  • Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage job postings and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Conduct reference and background checks when required
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR professional
  • Strong interviewing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards.
