Job Description:
- Identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans with hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage job postings and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Conduct reference and background checks when required
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR professional
- Strong interviewing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards.
