Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in BPO hiring. If you enjoy closing positions, speaking to candidates, and growing in the recruitment field, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for BPO voice & non-voice processes
• Bulk hiring for international & domestic BPO
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals & calling
• Screening, scheduling interviews & follow-ups
• Achieving daily/weekly hiring targets
• Maintaining candidate data & reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO recruitment
• Strong experience in bulk hiring & closures
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Ability to work with targets & timelines
• Immediate joiners preferred
