Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team at a leading Slimming and Wellness Clinic. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to support the clinic’s operational, technical, and customer service needs. This role requires a strong understanding of the wellness and aesthetics industry, with a focus on hiring skilled professionals such as dietitians, slimming therapists, physiotherapists, customer care executives, and other clinical/non-clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all clinical and non-clinical roles within the clinic.
  • Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using various platforms (e.g., job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins).
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates for critical roles.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and induction processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and clinic policies during hiring.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports and metrics regularly.
  • Build relationships with training institutes, placement agencies, and local talent pools.

Job Description :

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job specifications
  • Write and post job descriptions on job boards, company websites, and social media
  • Source and attract candidates through databases, social platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri,Indeed etc.), networking, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and job applications, and conduct initial phone screens/interviews
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure proper documentation of the hiring process
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires and maintain talent pipelines

  • Requirement :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY with 1 year mandatory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
