Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to handle the end-to-end recruitment process across our business units. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a confident and professional demeanor, and a strong understanding of hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and ensure timely feedback.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.
• Support onboarding processes and HR coordination activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruitment targets and deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in multi-sector hiring).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
