Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing,
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels - job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to attract top talent.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

2. HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate HR records and update employee information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory labor laws.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide HR-related assistance as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location- Gaur City Centre, Gaur Chowk, Greater Noida West

Work From Office - Yes (5.5 Days Working)
