HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
- Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients and internal teams
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closures
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment life cycle
- Ability to work under deadlines and targets
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ATS/CRM tools
