HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
  • Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with clients and internal teams
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
  • Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closures
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment life cycle
  • Ability to work under deadlines and targets
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ATS/CRM tools

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,452.18 - ₹20,000.00 per month
