Konart Steel Building Pvt. Ltd., a well-established organization in the steel building and manufacturing industry, is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team at our Bavla (Gujarat) location.

Experience Requirement

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment

Experience must be from a Manufacturing / Industrial company

Strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes

Key Responsibilities

Handling end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles

Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and local hiring channels

Screening resumes and coordinating interviews with department heads

Managing offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation

Maintaining recruitment records and candidate databases

Supporting HR activities related to manpower planning and reporting

Required Skills

Good communication skills

Knowledge of manufacturing manpower requirements

Ability to handle bulk hiring and technical recruitment

Basic knowledge of HR documentation and recruitment compliance
