HR Recruiter Job Description We're looking for an HR Recruiter to help us find and hire great people. In this role, you will be in charge of finding new candidates and guiding them through our hiring process. What You'll Do: Find Candidates: Search for and attract new people for open jobs. You'll use job websites, social media, and other online tools. Screen and Interview: Read resumes and talk to candidates to see if they are a good fit for the job and our company. Manage the Hiring Process: Set up interviews between candidates and hiring managers. You'll keep everyone informed along the way. Make Offers: Prepare and present job offers to the people we want to hire. Build Relationships: Be a friendly point of contact for all candidates to make sure they have a great experience with our company, even if they don't get the job. What We're Looking For: Experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role. Strong communication skills. Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks at once. Familiarity with online tools for recruiting (like LinkedIn or job boards). A positive and helpful attitude.
