Overview:
In this role, you will support the early stages of the recruitment process by screening candidates and coordinating interviews. You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process and a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Review resumes and screen candidates against role requirements

Conduct initial candidate screenings/interviews

Coordinate and schedule interviews

Communicate with candidates throughout the process

Present a shortlist of qualified candidates to the HR Manager

Maintain organized candidate tracking and status updates
Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruiting or HR Support

Strong candidate screening and interview coordination skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities
-
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
-
Must be available to work during EST 10-20 hours weekly
