Job Title: HR Recruiter
Experience: Minimum 3+ years (BFSI domain)
Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for BFSI roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Drive bulk hiring for sales, operations, and support functions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for future requirements.
  • Ensure timely offer rollouts, documentation, and smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the BFSI sector.
  • Strong exposure to bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing channels, especially job portals and social media.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and deliver within timelines.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
