Job Title: HR Recruiter
Experience: Minimum 3+ years (BFSI domain)
Location: Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for BFSI roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Drive bulk hiring for sales, operations, and support functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for future requirements.
- Ensure timely offer rollouts, documentation, and smooth onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the BFSI sector.
- Strong exposure to bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment.
- Good knowledge of sourcing channels, especially job portals and social media.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and deliver within timelines.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
