HR Recruiter – BPO / Call Center (Night Shift)

StriveBPO is hiring a passionate and results-driven HR Recruiter for our call center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various BPO roles including CSR, sales agents, and verification staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for call center positions.
• Post jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment databases and daily hiring reports.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of hiring targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in BPO or call center recruitment (at least more then 2 years) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in night shift.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
• Self-motivated and target-driven
