Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle for construction-related roles, from sourcing candidates to shortlisting and coordinating with management for final hiring decisions. This role requires strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, along with hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment channels
• Screen and evaluate CVs for construction roles (Engineers, Foremen, Workers, and other site positions)
• Conduct initial screening and phone interviews with candidates
• Prepare and administer evaluation forms or basic tests when required
• Shortlist qualified candidates and present them to management for approval
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
• Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn page, including job postings and content
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies
• Support general HR operations and maintain proper HR workflow

Requirements:

• Currently based in the UAE
• Proven experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Experience hiring for technical and construction roles (Engineers, Foremen, etc.)
• Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong interviewing, communication, and evaluation skills
• Good understanding of UAE labor law and HR processes
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple vacancies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience working with construction or contracting companies in the UAE
• Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking tools
