HR Role

Duties & responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles in the automation industry.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Facilitate employee induction programs to integrate new hires seamlessly.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Handle separation processes, including exit interviews, full-and-final settlements, and offboarding formalities.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Performance Management:

  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and assist in employee performance evaluations.
  • Work with managers to identify training needs and organize learning and development programs.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Process monthly salaries, including calculating deductions, bonuses, and other components.
  • Administer employee benefits, including insurance policies, gratuity, and other statutory benefits.
  • Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll and reimbursements.

Legal Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory regulations.
  • Manage site-related documentation, including labor registers, attendance records, and contractor agreements.
  • Coordinate with external consultants or legal advisors to ensure timely filings and audits.

Reimbursement and Expense Management:

  • Review and process reimbursement claims for site-related expenses and travel allowances.
  • Maintain accurate records of all site expense documentation.

Insurance and Gratuity:

  • Oversee employee insurance policies, including health, accident, and site-specific coverage.
  • Manage gratuity eligibility, processing, and claims.

Administrative Support:

  • Supervise administrative tasks, including office maintenance, procurement of supplies, and facility management.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of travel and accommodation arrangements for site employees.
  • Address day-to-day operational issues and provide administrative support to all departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
