Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our events company. The role involves sourcing, screening, and Scheduling talent across creative, Production, Technical, Client Servicing and operations teams to support diverse event projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and Schedules.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for on-ground, technical, and creative and Client Servicing roles.
- Coordinate with HR Team department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage vendor and consultant relationships for bulk/urgent hiring.
- Ensure and Bring new hiring strategies.
- Maintain recruitment reports and databases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of recruitment experience (preferably in events/entertainment industry/Consultancy/target hires).
- Strong networking and sourcing skills via job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple requirements.

Pay: ₹20,205.55 - ₹25,465.83 per month
