- Sourcing & Screening: Utilizing job portals, social media, and networking to find candidates, then assessing qualifications.
- Coordination: Scheduling interviews and, managing candidate communication.
- Client/Manager Partnership: Understanding hiring needs and providing, market insights.
- Data Management: Maintaining, applicant databases and ensuring compliance with company policy
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in, recruiting or, Human Resources.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and, sourcing tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong, communication, negotiation, and, organizational skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
