Job Responsibilities-
1️ Talent Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess role fit, skills, and cultural alignment
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline across roles
2️ Interview Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Share candidate briefs and feedback summaries
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams
3️. Offer Management & Closing
- Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
- Support documentation, onboarding coordination, and BGV follow-ups
- Share periodic hiring reports and status updates
