We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Handling hiring requirements across multiple positions
• Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews & coordinating with hiring managers
• Posting jobs on portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Maintaining candidate database and recruitment reports
• Ensuring smooth onboarding and documentation

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
