Roles and Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities1. Workforce Planning & Strategy
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand hiring needs.
2. Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source candidates using various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals).
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
3. Employer Branding
- Promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Organize or participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and employer branding events.
- Create attractive job descriptions and campaigns.
4. Candidate Experience
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for all applicants.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates at every stage.
- Build strong relationships with potential and current candidates.
5. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare regular hiring reports, metrics, and analysis (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire).
- Provide insights to improve the hiring process.
6. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure hiring processes follow labor laws and internal company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation for each recruitment activity and candidate.
7. Onboarding Support
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Share hiring documentation and assist in pre-joining formalities.
- Forecast talent requirements based on business goals.
- Build long-term talent acquisition strategies for critical roles.
Note: Minimum 4 Years of Experience in Recruitment is required.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
