Job Overview

PRO AGENT BPO is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Female HR Business Development Manager to grow our recruitment outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, onboarding clients, and managing recruitment operations simultaneously.

This is a multi-functional role requiring expertise in HR, business development, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and onboard companies for recruitment services
• Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn/social media prospecting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Post job listings on Indeed, social media, and other platforms
• Manage and grow company presence on social media channels
• Screen and interview candidates on a daily basis
• Coordinate with clients and match candidates according to requirements
• Execute marketing and business development strategies
• Maintain records of leads, candidates, and hiring pipelines

Requirements

• Female candidate (mandatory)
• Proven experience in HR Business Development / Recruitment Sales
• Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
• Experience in cold calling, emailing, and client acquisition
• Hands-on experience with Indeed job posting and candidate sourcing
• Knowledge of social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Ability to interview, evaluate, and shortlist candidates effectively
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality
• Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with international recruitment (UK/USA/Canada) is a plus

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
