Job Title: HR Recruiter (Female)

Evertiz Solutions, a leading HR consultancy based in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai, is looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. We are seeking talented female candidates who are based in Navi Mumbai. The HR Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.

Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.

Assist with other HR activities such as onboarding, induction programs, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a recruitment agency or consultancy.

Excellent sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage top talent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Female candidates based in Navi Mumbai preferred.
