Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate fit.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships for current and future hiring needs.
- Support HR team in onboarding and joining formalities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of recruitment / HR experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Good understanding of recruitment cycle and basic HR processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
