We are looking for a hands-on HR Recruiter who can continuously hire car wash executives, supervisors, and field staff. This role is execution-heavy, not a desk-only HR role. You will be responsible for daily hiring numbers, field coordination, and joining conversion.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Bulk Hiring & Field Recruitment
- Hire Car Wash Executives (Full-time & Part-time)
- Hire Supervisors / Team Leaders as company scales
- Handle daily walk-ins, telephonic screening, and field hiring
- Visit nearby areas, labor points, hostels, and colonies if required
Interview & Joining Management
- Initial screening (language, attitude, availability, location)
- Explain job role, salary, timing clearly
- Coordinate documents & onboarding
- Ensure joining on time and first-day reporting
Retention Support (Basic)
- Follow-up with new joiners for first 7–15 days
- Identify dropout reasons and share feedback with management
- Support supervisor in reducing early attrition
HR Coordination
- Maintain employee database
- Attendance & joining records
- Coordinate salary-related data with accounts
- Support disciplinary or replacement hiring quickly
Mandatory
- 1–3 years experience in blue-collar / field staff hiring
- Strong calling & convincing skills
- Comfortable with targets and pressure hiring
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Hindi & Telugu (preferred), English basic
Preferred
- Experience in facility management, security, delivery, or service-based companies
- Local area knowledge of Hyderabad
