HR Recruiter-FMCG

Key Responsibilities

* End-to-end recruitment for frontline and support roles

* Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media

* Screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication

* Maintaining hiring trackers, TAT, and recruitment MIS

* Coordinating with hiring managers to close positions within timelines

Desired Profile

* Graduate / MBA in HR preferred

* 3-5 years of recruitment experience (frontline hiring exposure preferred) in FMCG

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
