HR Recruiter – Food & Beverages

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in the Food & Beverages/Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews for various hospitality roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for F&B and hospitality positions.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Manage onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
• Assist in other HR activities when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and portals.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Alappuzha, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
