HR Recruiter- Fresher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as an HR cum Admin Executive. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in both HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be eager to contribute, learn quickly, and support various organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:

  • Assist in posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
  • Help with onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and assist in documentation.
  • Support attendance and leave tracking.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Support in organizing meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and ensure basic facility upkeep.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist in filing and record-keeping.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
