Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as an HR cum Admin Executive. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in both HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be eager to contribute, learn quickly, and support various organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
- Assist in posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
- Help with onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and assist in documentation.
- Support attendance and leave tracking.
- Help organize employee engagement activities.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
Administration:
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Support in organizing meetings and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office cleanliness and ensure basic facility upkeep.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist in filing and record-keeping.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
