This is a full time hr recruiter job in Ludhiana for Female candidates. you will work closely with our experienced recruitment team and learn how to identify, engage, and onboard top talent for our growing organization. Key Responsibilities-

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database Support campus hiring and employer branding initiatives

Eligibility Criteria-

• Candidate Must from MBA Background.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and perform in a fast-paced.
