We are hiring HR Recruiters to join our dynamic team in Surat. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to build a strong career in Human Resources and Recruitment. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job openings on job portals & social media
• Source and screen candidates through different channels
• Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist profiles
• Coordinate interview schedules with managers
• Maintain candidate records and follow-ups
• Support HR team with hiring activities

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (freshers encouraged to apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team player with strong work ethic
