Job Description:

DR. Aravind's IVF is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter Head to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong recruitment strategies, managing the hiring team, and ensuring timely hiring of quality talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the recruitment team
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for medical and non-medical roles
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
• Manage job postings on portals, screening, interviews, and offer processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in HR recruitment
• Prior experience in healthcare/hospital recruitment Added advantage
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring tools
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
