Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter / HR Executive with minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle and ensuring timely hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Understand hiring requirements from managers
• Post jobs on portals and source candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Manage candidate follow-ups and feedback
• Handle offer roll-out and joining formalities
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
• Ability to meet hiring deadlines
• Basic knowledge of MS Office

Preferred

• Immediate joiners
• Candidates based in Indore or willing to relocate to Indore.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
