Role: Intern – Recruiter (Driver Hiring & Onboarding)

Location: Bangalore / Cochin

Duration: 3–6 Months

Stipend: ₹10,000/month (first 3 months) | ₹15,000/month (next 3 months)

Growth Potential: High-performing interns may transition into a full-time HR/Recruitment role

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, engage, and screen potential EV truck driver candidates across multiple platforms
• Coordinate interviews, track applications, and manage recruitment pipelines
• Facilitate onboarding and verify documentation (Aadhaar, Driving License, BGV forms)
• Maintain seamless communication with city operations teams and generate insightful reports

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory); Tamil/Malayalam (advantageous)
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and motivated to thrive in a startup ecosystem
