HR Recruiter Intern

Opportunity

High-performing interns may be offered a full-time HR Recruiter position upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles

• Create and manage job postings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals

• Conduct telephonic interviews and perform initial candidate assessments

• Coordinate with clients and candidates for interview scheduling and feedback

• Maintain accurate candidate data and update recruitment trackers regularly

• Support senior recruiters in fulfilling client hiring requirements across multiple industries

• Learn and use recruitment tools, databases, and CRM/ATS systems effectively
