ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities
  • Understand job requirements and hiring mandates from internal teams
  • Source candidates using job portals, databases, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
  • Assess candidate communication skills, job suitability, salary alignment, and interest
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and recruiters
  • Follow up with candidates for interview attendance and joining confirmation
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily activity reports
  • Adhere to professional HR communication and data confidentiality standards

REQUIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:-

  • Good communication skills (Tamil & English)
  • Basic understanding of HR or recruitment concepts
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude, discipline, and accountability
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email communication)
