- This is a non-stipend internship intended for learning and practical exposure.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — from understanding job requirements to onboarding new hires.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and communicate with departments to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Support in employer branding activities and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain candidate relationships and provide a positive recruitment experience.
