  • This is a non-stipend internship intended for learning and practical exposure.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from understanding job requirements to onboarding new hires.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and communicate with departments to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Support in employer branding activities and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain candidate relationships and provide a positive recruitment experience.
