HR Recruiter Intern

Job Description

QBID Infotech is expanding its internal recruitment team and is looking for a motivated HR Recruiter Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in IT recruitment and end-to-end hiring processes.

This opportunity is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in recruitment, sourcing, and HR operations within an IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases
• Understand hiring requirements and map relevant candidate profiles
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate pipelines
• Support onboarding and joining formalities

Vendor & Coordination Exposure

• Assist in coordinating with staffing vendors (as required)
• Share requirements and track candidate submissions
• Support basic follow-ups and recruitment data management

Eligibility & Skills

• Fresher to candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment exposure
• Strong interest in HR and IT recruitment
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn or job portals is an advantage
• Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
