HR Recruiter Intern

We are looking for a confident, active, and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our HR team at Odolution. In this role, you will collaborate with different departments to fulfill hiring requirements while gaining practical exposure to Odoo software and modern recruitment tools.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build their career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process
• Coordinate with different teams to understand hiring requirements
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants professionally
• Post job openings on different hiring platforms
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment data
• Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities
• Assist in candidate follow-ups and onboarding coordination
• Work on Odoo software and other HR management tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Preference will be given to candidates with BBA/BA in HR or a relevant field
• Basic understanding of recruitment flow and hiring process
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, active, and professional attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and online hiring platforms is a plus
