HR Recruiter (IT)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our team at B9 Solutions, responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. The Recruiter will play a key role in building a strong and talented workforce, ensuring the organization’s continued growth and success through effective and strategic hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for IT positions, including Web Development, Web Designing, and Digital Marketing roles.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and ensure timely closure of all assigned positions.
• Assess candidates’ technical skills and experience to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate pipelines, and regular follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals to attract top talent.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders; strong communication skills are essential for this role.
