HR Recruiter - IT/Non IT

Job Title: Recruiter( IT&Non IT) Location: Sector 117, Noida Experience: 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates for IT and Non-IT roles through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).

- Understand client requirements and job descriptions to find best-fit candidates.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, etc.).

- Collaborate with hiring managers and teams for smooth recruitment. - Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices.
