Job Description

We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our organization. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, and ensuring timely closures for various roles across departments.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening & onboarding
✔ Post job openings across portals, LinkedIn & internal networks
✔ Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
✔ Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
✔ Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS
✔ Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
✔ Handle day-to-day HR coordination and documentation
✔ Ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in HR recruitment
Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements independently
Must attend face-to-face interview in Karur
Immediate joiners preferred
