HR Recruiter-Labour Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue collar / field workforce.
• Manage bulk hiring requirements within deadlines.
• Source candidates through:
• Local job portals
• Contractors / Labour vendors
• Field visits
• Job fairs
• Social media & WhatsApp groups
• Conduct initial screening and interview coordination.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of workers.
• Maintain good relationships with labour contractors and local sources.
• Ensure hiring compliance as per company policy.
• Work closely with site supervisors and operations team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune)
