Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle-job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source qualified candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job fairs, referrals, and social media.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
- Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
- Handle bulk hiring / field recruitment (if applicable).
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Support HR activities such as induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Basic HR documentation knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
