HR Recruiter - Manufacturing

Eligibility

• Experience: 0.6 months to 2 years in Manufacturing / Industrial / Shop-floor Recruitment
• Familiar with hiring for: Operators, Technicians, Helpers, Supervisors, Quality, Production, Logistics, etc.
• Good communication and sourcing skills
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the manpower requirements from the clients.
• Source candidates through portals, social media, field recruitment, and referrals.
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidate interviews.
• Coordinate with clients and maintain hiring trackers and the database.
• Support in bulk hiring and walk-ins
• Closure follow-up until joining

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
