Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in the media, production, digital content, or creative industries. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for editorial, creative, digital, production, and technical media roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract talent for media-specific roles (content creators, editors, designers, videographers, producers, social media specialists, etc.)
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on creative portfolios and relevant experience
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with department heads
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and fast-paced hiring process suited to media production timelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience in media, creative, digital, or production sectors
- Strong understanding of media job functions and portfolio evaluation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple creative and technical roles simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
