Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications for non-IT roles.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further rounds.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on candidate status.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices for non-IT roles.
  • Support employer branding activities and participate in job fairs or recruitment events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in recruiting for non-IT positions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
  • Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
