Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications for non-IT roles.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further rounds.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on candidate status.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices for non-IT roles.
- Support employer branding activities and participate in job fairs or recruitment events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in recruiting for non-IT positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
