Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to handle overseas recruitment for technical and non-technical categories. The role requires a strong understanding of industrial and trade-based job roles and the ability to assess candidates as per international client requirements.
The ideal candidate will be involved in end-to-end recruitment for overseas projects across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end overseas recruitment processes
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical trade roles, including:
- Handle recruitment for non-technical categories as per overseas project needs
- Understand job descriptions, skill requirements, and trade experience for each role
- Conduct initial interviews and technical screening of candidates
- Coordinate trade tests, client interviews, and final selections
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Ensure accurate documentation as per overseas recruitment standards
- Coordinate medical, visa, and deployment-related processes
- Maintain recruitment trackers, and client updates
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of experience in overseas recruitment
- Hands-on experience recruiting technical and non-technical overseas roles
- Strong knowledge of industrial trade roles and skill evaluation
- Familiarity with overseas recruitment documentation and processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines
