HR Recruiter - Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our real estate organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across departments such as Sales, CRM, Marketing, Engineering, Accounts, and Site Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Understand manpower requirements from different departments (Sales, Sourcing, Closing, CRM, Site, Accounts, etc.).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule face-to-face/virtual interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and final selection.
  • Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
  • Maintain recruitment tracker and MIS reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Build talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
  • Maintain employer branding and candidate experience.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to handle bulk hiring (especially for sales roles).
  • Knowledge of real estate industry hiring patterns is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).

Qualification:

  • Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience (Real estate experience preferred).

Salary Range:

Between 25k-35k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
