HR Recruiter ( Real Estate Experience)

We are seeking an experienced HR / Recruiter to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Build strong talent pipelines and attract real estate agents through social media, referrals, and industry networks.
• Lead HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compliance, policies, and insurance.
• Collaborate with managers to understand and fulfill recruitment needs.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation in compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
• Manage payroll and pay slips while ensuring full legal compliance.
• Track employee performance and prepare weekly reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR and Recruitment professional within the real estate industry
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms
