HR Recruiter Trainee

About Company: Business91 is a Delhi-based software development company working since 2009. We build custom SaaS platforms in Astrology, MLM, CRM, and AI-based automation systems. We are currently expanding our SaaS division and hiring dynamic team members. Job Summary: We are looking for a HR Recruiter Trainee who is serious about building a career in HR and Talent Acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical and non-technical roles for our SaaS platform. Key Responsibilities: - Post job openings on Indeed, JobHai, LinkedIn, and other portals - Source candidates using job portals, social media, and databases - Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles - Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews - Schedule technical interviews with internal team - Maintain candidate database in Excel / HR software - Follow up with candidates for interview and joining - Assist in offer letter and documentation process - Coordinate with management for hiring requirements Required Skills: - Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English) - Basic understanding of recruitment process - Comfortable using job portals and MS Excel - Organized and detail-oriented - Basic knowledge of IT roles (HTML, PHP, MySQL, API, etc.) is a plus - Smart, confident, and proactive attitude Eligibility: - Graduate in any stream (BBA / MBA HR preferred) - Fresher can apply - Immediate joiner preferred What We Expect: - Serious mindset towards growth - Discipline and daily reporting - Ability to handle hiring pressure - Willingness to learn IT hiring Salary: As per industry standards (Trainee level) How to Apply: Apply directly on Indeed with updated resume.
