A. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for drivers, supervisors, route coordinators, and transport support staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, local sourcing, and walk-ins.
- Screen, interview, and coordinate selection of candidates in line with operational needs.
- Manage documentation, background verification, police verification, and medical fitness of drivers.
- Coordinate joining formalities, induction, ID generation, and deployment with operations team.
- Maintain manpower tracker, recruitment MIS, and attrition/replacement reports.
B. Training & Development:
- Plan and conduct driver induction and refresher training programs.
- Deliver training on road safety, defensive driving, customer etiquette, SOPs, and compliance norms.
- Identify training needs based on incidents, audits, KPIs, and client feedback.
- Conduct periodic assessments, evaluations, and certification of drivers and supervisors.
- Maintain training records, attendance, feedback forms, and training MIS.
- Support corrective and preventive training based on accident or incident analysis.
- Coordinate soft skills and behavioral training for supervisors and transport staff.
C. Compliance & Coordination:
- Ensure compliance with transport laws, labor laws, client requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with operations, safety, compliance, and client teams for manpower and training needs.
- Support audits, inspections, and client reviews related to HR and training documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in HR recruitment and training, preferably in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or facility services.
- Experience handling blue-collar workforce and driver management is mandatory.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of transport operations, driver compliance, and safety norms.
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring and multiple training schedules.
- Proficient in MIS, documentation, and reporting.
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach.
